Online Casinos

Indiana currently has no laws against online gambling. Within the United States, players can play online starting at age 18. Most online usa friendly casinos allow players who are either 18 or 21. Some players are confused by the USA gambling laws due to the passing of the UIGEA, which was a law passed in 2006 that prohibited banks & credit card companies from handling any transaction that is going to or coming from an online casino. Since the passing, many companies have opened ewallet services for players to use that work as a middle man from the bank account to the casino account.
